- Energy efficient Geo-thermal heat pumps for both pool and spa that will make perfect dipping temperatures throughout the winter
- Lush new landscaping that will work as a reminder to why you spend your winters in beautiful central Florida
- New pergolas throughout the common areas that will provided additional shaded areas to meet and talk with friends both new and old
- Beautiful white, 3 rail fence along entry road for an added touch of class and added security
- Sidewalk connecting the office to rec hall that will keep your feet clean and dry during your stay!
- Enlarged and nicely remodeled park office to make your visits to the office a little roomier
- Rec hall improvements to make our gatherings more enjoyable!
- Trimmed back large oaks around the park to let more of that wonderful sunshine in and the grass to grow (also fewer leaves around the common areas!)
- Benches, benches and more benches!! Located all around the park and common areas so you can take a load off just about anywhere!
- More amenities to keep you entertained… bocce ball, corn hole boards, additional horseshoe pit (3 total), plus many, many more surprises….
- A dedicated staff that has worked all summer in preparation of your return!
